Shipping information
Ngā mihi mo to tautoko e hoa with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us via email and we will do our best to find a solution : sales@everydaymaori.com
Orders will take up to 3-5 working days to be processed and another 2-3 working days for delivery. We partner with NZCouriers for all New Zealand and Australia orders (standard shipping). We do not ship to PO Box numbers. We recommend following your tracking information to stay up to date with the whereabouts of your order and delivery.

Once the returned book is received, we will then courier your new pukapuka.
Wrong address
We do not offer returns if you change your mind after purchase. However, we do provide replacements for products that are faulty or damaged. Our partnership with Ruruku Ltd means we work hard to ensure your book arrives safely, but we cannot guarantee this once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
No returns for change of mind
Everyday Māori is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by our partner Ruruku Ltd at checkout, and items sent to those addresses will not be replaced. Please double check your shipping details before confirming your order!
Faulty or damaged product
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within five days of receiving your item. Please include a photo of the fault/damage. Please email the order number, all supporting photographs to : sales@everydaymaori.com. We will then confirm the next steps towards a new pukapuka. For items damaged in transit, please keep all packaging as proof for claims and return these to:
